absolutely useless customer service. My ID card was forgotten to be remitted to me after checkout, and after making contact with the hotel staff regarding the address to which to send the ID card back, after two and a half months I still have not received the ID card in the mail. My calls have resulted in being told that the 'card had already been sent to the address given', while my attempts at chatting via Whatsapp / Google Chat have been completely ignored. I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend any family or friends to come here, if they are passing through the area. The staff are entirely incompetent.

Never again!!!! The staff in the dining room and on the floor are very kind and helpful but the structure, sold for a 4 star, is truly horrible. Bar manned only in the morning during breakfast, for half an hour after lunch and the same after dinner... in a 4 star??. Beach towels that should have been available were absent for the entire stay (according to the reception they did not arrive... in a 4 star???) Cuisine to forget: buffet of appetizers and salads proposed day after day and the fish is surimi.... in a 4 star?? Hot fish first courses which regardless of the recipe all had the same flavour... in a 4 star hotel?? When I politely pointed out the quality of the cuisine to those responsible, the response was: "on the other hand, to eat well you have to go out" The two stars are only for the guys in the room and on the floors

Excellent hotel located in San Mauro Mare, a stone's throw from the beach and the centre, very close to Bellaria, Gatteo and Cesenatico, the hotel has spacious bedrooms, bathroom and terrace, the rooms have all the comforts and are extremely clean . The service in the dining room, at the bar and at reception is impeccable, everyone in their area tries to satisfy the customer. Very varied and well served food, of excellent quality, very elegant dining room. A very large and clean swimming pool completes the picture. We are having a wonderful holiday thanks to all of you! Great for couples and families.

We have been staying at the Capitol hotel for years, always perfect in everything. This year, unfortunately, I have to say that the service in the restaurant was not up to 4* standards. Clotilde and Arian were missed for their perfection and attention to table service. We sent an email to Mr. Bianchi reporting everything, I hope it wasn't thrown away without reading it. Thank you Mr Bianchi for your reply, I hope you find a good conductor for 2024, see you soon.
